Can I have the engagement ring engraved?
You have the option of engraving the ring, please use our tool directly under the selected product.
Please note that engraved jewelry cannot be returned.
How long does it take to make the piece of jewelry?
All of our jewelry is individually handcrafted by our goldsmith according to your wishes and then subjected to careful quality control. This process requires time and dedication, which is why the production time is usually between 4 and 6 weeks.
How long does Bespoke production take?
Our Bespoke production is always a unique story, so the exact duration cannot be determined. We may need several personal consultations and meetings with our goldsmiths to realize your vision.
Once you have received and confirmed a no-obligation quote from us, we can begin with your individual order. From this point, the production time is usually between 5 and 8 weeks, depending on the degree of difficulty and the specific requirements of your piece of jewelry.
Can I get a personal consultation?
We are available for personal consultations via video call or telephone. Please use our booking system under Make an appointment for a consultation. All consultations are free of charge.
We are also available by email at any time. Do not hesitate to contact us - we are here for you and look forward to helping you.
How long does a video consultation take?
You can book a consultation for half an hour or a full hour.

Can I reserve a ready-to-ship piece of jewelry?
Yes, you can reserve a ready-to-ship piece of jewelry for 3 working days. To do this, please contact us by e-mail.
Is the invoice included in the package?
We will send you your invoice separately to the shipment by e-mail. This is particularly important if the piece of jewelry is to be delivered as a surprise for a specific person.
Which countries do you deliver to and how?
We deliver with GO GREEN DHL in Europe, so the emissions caused by shipping are offset by investments in global climate protection projects.
Can you deliver to a Packstation?
No, for security reasons we are unfortunately unable to offer deliveries to a Packstation.
Do I have a guarantee on my piece of jewelry?
Quality and service are important to RYIA, which is why RYIA offers 2-years warranty from the date of purchase.
Our policy applies on the condition that there are no external influences and that no natural signs of wear or signs of use are visible, such as scratches or bent parts.

How do I have my ring size changed?
Within one year you have the option of a free ring size adjustment 2 sizes up or down, this refers to 2 full European sizes.Please note that the fully set Memoire rings cannot be resized, please contact us.
Rings that are engraved and subsequently require a ring size change cannot be resized free of charge, as in this case the engraving may be damaged and must first be polished out and re-engraved.
Ring resizing usually takes 10 to 15 working days, depending on the ring profile. You can change the ring size by booking an appointment.
I have already taken advantage of a free ring resizing, can I still change the ring size again?
You can change the ring size of the ring a second time for an additional charge. To do this, please contact us by e-mail. We recommend not to have a ring resized more than 3 times
Can I have the ring resized, repaired or engraved by a local goldsmith instead of RYIA?
You can of course choose to have your jewelry resized, repaired or engraved by a local jeweler, but unfortunately this will void your warranty with us as we cannot vouch for the quality of another jeweler's work.
Are the diamonds certified?
All diamonds larger than 0.5 ct are IGI certified (International Gemological Institute). The jewelry pieces that have smaller diamonds come with our house certificate.
Can I order my piece of jewelry without hallmarking and RYIA logo stamp?
In order to identify the manufacturer, you need a company stamp and a hallmark with the gold alloy 14k or 18k, as these markings are prescribed by the FTC. Unfortunately, we cannot deviate from this.
When will I receive the refund after my return?
Returns are processed within 10 working days. It can take up to 7 working days for the transfer amount to appear in your account.
Can I get a discount?

Our prices are carefully calculated to ensure fair conditions for all without neglecting anyone.
