1. Shipping Method
We deliver across the EU exclusively via DHL GO GREEN, which ensures that shipping emissions are offset through investments in global climate protection projects.
2. Production and Preparation
RYIA Products can be categorized into three types:
- Standard Products
- Personalized Products - customized modifications such as engraving, changing the chain length, and subsequent adjustment of ring size
- Bespoke Products - manufacture according to your wishes, custom-made products, colored diamond jewelry
The production and preparation times also depend on whether a product is "Made-to-Order" or "Ready-to-Ship". The production and preparation times are non-binding and the following conditions apply:
- The production time for "Made-to-Order" Standard Products and "Made-to-Order" Personalized Products takes 4 to 6 weeks after order confirmation.
- The production time for "Made-to-Order" Bespoke Products is individually calculated and takes at least 5 weeks after order confirmation.
- The shipping preparation for all "Ready-to-Ship" Products takes 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation.
3. Shipping Time
The shipping time refers to the period from the product's handover to our shipping partner until delivery. These times are non-binding estimates provided by our shipping partners, and we assume no liability for any delays or deviations.

4. Shipping Cost
Shipping for an order within Germany is free of charge. For deliveries within the EU, a flat rate of 10 euro applies.
