What does the appointment cost?
Nothing. It is free and without obligation. You decide afterwards, in your own time.

Yes. Tell us when you book and we will handle everything discreetly, including how and when we contact you afterwards.
I have no idea what I am looking for. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Most people arrive that way. We start with a few questions and narrow it down together.
Will I be pushed to decide on the day?
No. You get a written summary and take as long as you need. Our customers mention this more than anything else.
What does a ring cost?
That depends on setting, metal and the diamond you choose. Because lab grown diamonds cost considerably less than comparable mined stones, most budgets go a lot further. We show you the options openly in the appointment.
Can you make a ring from a photo?
Yes. Bring a photo, a screenshot or a sketch. We show you a 3D model of your design before anything is produced.
How long does production take?
Around 4 to 6 weeks once you approve the design.
I cannot come to Munich.
Then we do the same appointment as a video call and ship insured across the EU.
